My door handle is broken. Will I need a new key when it's replaced?
This is quite a common question. You will only ever need a new key if your physical lock is replaced. Whether that is a nightlatch cylinder, mortice lock in a wooden door or a cylinder in your uPVC or composite door. Replacing the handle is just that. A new handle.

In an emergency such as this I aim to be with you within 30 minutes. This helps reduce your stress and get you into your home as quickly as possible.
Can you give me a quote over the phone?
Whilst I can and do give quotes over the phone, it is often better to come and see the problem first hand so that I can provide a more accurate quote that has little chance of changing. And as I don’t charge to do this, it is the better option as you have a more accurate quote for the work needed.
Where do you cover?
I cover all of Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Stafford and Stone. I also take on jobs in the surrounding areas if I am able to fit them in. This is to ensure I have the time to attend a job, complete the work needed and get to the next job without having customers waiting around for me at arrive.
